Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our operations team in Valencia. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and verifying large volumes of data within our ERP system to ensure smooth production, inventory, and order-processing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
-Enter, review, and update data within the company's ERP system with a high level of accuracy.
-Maintain and reconcile records related to inventory, production, sales orders, and vendor information.
-Identify data inconsistencies and collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
-Generate reports and assist with data audits as needed.
Support cross-functional departments by providing timely and reliable data updates.
Qualifications
Previous experience in data entry; experience within a manufacturing, agriculture, or supply-chain environment is a plus.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
